Once you register an account on our website, the system will automatically track the points. Please use the same email address for each purchase because if you happen to use different emails to make separate purchases, then the points will be allocated to the different accounts and we will not be able to combine them.

How to redeem my rewards?

Step 1: Start by clicking the "REWARDS!" icon on the bottom left.

Step 2: Sign in to your account here. If you don't have a TinyBitz account, please click "Create my store account" to enter your email and create a password.

Step 3: Once logged in your account, you will see your points balance here. You can either choose to redeem at any tier that you’ve reached or save it for the next order so you can reach a higher tier for a bigger discount! Please choose carefully — once you've click "Redeem", points will be automatically deducted from your account!

Step 4: After you redeem the offer, please click "View" to review your coupon code details on the next page.

Step 5: Simply copy and paste the coupon code on the check out page to enjoy the offer. Please note that the discount code is valid for 90 days only. If at any point, you need to find the code again, just click "View" to check the coupon code details.
